Orders are processed during business hours only.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within three (3) business days of receipt.
- During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
- When order volume is low, orders may ship within 24 hours.
- We appreciate your patience as our warehouse processes and prepares your order.
Orders received after 11:00 a.m. ET on Fridays will be processed the following business day (Monday).
Free Domestic Shipping
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders with a product total of $50 or more (after discounts are applied).

Free shipping is sent via US Postal Priority Mail.
Holiday & High-Demand Delays
Please allow additional time for delivery:
- During holidays
- During winter weather conditions in the Northeast
- When products are featured on national television or demand is unusually high

Domestic Shipping Options
Domestic customers may choose from the following shipping methods:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground and Expedited Delivery options
Customers may request signature confirmation for USPS deliveries at no additional charge by noting this request during checkout.
Important:
If you require guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please select a UPS shipping option, as USPS does not provide guaranteed delivery dates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided and signature confirmation was not requested:
- We are not responsible for theft, carrier errors, or lost packages.
- Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when the shipping label is created.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Unclaimed shipment
- Insufficient address
- Unknown addressee
You will be responsible for reshipping charges.
If reshipment is declined:
- The product will be returned to inventory.
- Your original payment method will be refunded minus shipping fees.
- A restocking fee may apply.
If a package is refused and returned, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Shipments or Order Issues
Please report any order issues or damages within 48 hours of delivery.

Availability
Due to changes in VAT tax laws, we currently do not ship to the United Kingdom or countries in the European Union.

- Canadian orders ship via UPS Standard during Canada Post service disruptions
